Shipping Policy

At Tornado’s Club, we work to make sure your order arrives quickly, discreetly, and safely.

All orders are prepared with care and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Europe, the United States, and other international destinations available at checkout.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the country, carrier availability, local restrictions, and stock availability.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During product launches, promotions, high demand periods, or special campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.

Europe: 3 to 7 business days

United States: 5 to 10 business days

Other international destinations: 7 to 15 business days

These delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, carrier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Tornado’s Club may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping conditions for selected countries, minimum order values, or limited campaigns.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For orders shipped within Europe, applicable taxes are calculated according to the rules shown at checkout.

For orders shipped outside Europe, shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, or any other charges applied by the destination country.

Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier, customs authority, or relevant local authority.

Tornado’s Club does not control these charges and cannot estimate them accurately, as they depend on the regulations of each destination country.

If a package is refused because the customer does not pay customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or related fees, any return shipping costs, storage fees, handling fees, customs charges, or losses may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Tornado’s Club is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package from the carrier or pickup point.

If a package is returned to us, we may offer a reshipment once the customer has paid the additional shipping and handling costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your building reception, concierge, mailbox, neighbors, authorized recipients, local pickup point, or shipping carrier.

If the issue continues, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can review the case with the carrier.

THE CLUB Rewards

Rewards unlocked through THE CLUB are shipped automatically to the customer’s registered address, following Tornado’s Club standard shipping times.

Rewards do not need to be requested manually. They are subject to availability, validation of completed real purchases, and the terms of THE CLUB program.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to addresses where delivery is prohibited, restricted, or not accepted by our logistics partners.

Tornado’s Club reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to legal restrictions, shipping limitations, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock availability, or operational reasons.
