What exactly is the EVO?
The EVO is a dispenser designed to offer precision, cleanliness, and control. It is made from high-quality aluminum and engineered for a smooth, reliable, and durable experience, with strong attention to both design and usability.
How much does the EVO dispense?
The dispensed amount depends on usage. The EVO works through manual rotation, allowing the user to control the dosage based on the number of turns. Its internal chamber is slightly larger than traditional models, providing better control.
Is the EVO adjustable?
Yes. Adjustment is manual through rotation. There is no mechanical selector; precision is achieved by controlling the dispensing movement.
What is the difference between the EVO and the EVO Nano?
- EVO (standard): Larger size and larger internal volume. Comes with the larger dispensing insert by default.
- EVO Nano: Smaller and more discreet. Includes two interchangeable inserts (small and large) to customize dosage.
Both versions are compatible with the EVO Crusher.
What are the dimensions of the EVO and EVO Nano?
- EVO Nano: 47 mm (1.9 in) height × 14 mm (0.6 in) diameter
- EVO (standard): 67 mm (2.6 in) height × 20 mm (0.8 in) diameter
Can the EVO trigger metal detectors?
Yes. Since the EVO is made of aluminum, it may trigger metal detectors. For this reason, we clearly display the product dimensions so each customer can assess usage based on their context.
My O-ring broke — what should I do?
No worries. The O-ring is a wear component. Just contact us and we will send you a replacement O-ring free of charge so you can continue using your EVO normally.
What are the spare O-rings included for?
They are replacement seals for the internal rotating part. They are included to extend the lifespan of the product in case of natural wear over time.
⚙️ EVO CRUSHER (GRINDER)
What is the EVO Crusher for?
The EVO Crusher is designed to crush, dry, and prepare the material before loading the dispenser, improving consistency and overall user experience.
How much material does the Crusher hold?
For best results, we recommend filling it no more than halfway (approximately 3–4 grams). With that amount, you can refill a standard EVO dispenser about two times.
The material sticks to the bowl, is this normal?
This can happen if the material contains moisture. A very effective method is:
- Heat the empty bowl in a conventional oven at 150 °C / 300 °F for about 30 seconds
- Remove it, add the material, and crush
This helps dry the material and prevents sticking.
Is the Crusher safe? Can it release metal particles?
The Crusher is made from food-grade aluminum. The parts are solid and designed to avoid wear during normal use. As with any precision product, we recommend cleaning it before first use.
💧 SILICA / HUMIDITY CONTROL
What are the silica balls used for?
Silica balls help absorb moisture, keeping the material dry, loose, and easy to dispense—especially in humid environments or during long-term storage.
I live in a dry climate. Do I still need silica balls?
In dry climates they may not be strictly necessary, but they still help preserve consistency over time.
Do the silica balls indicate when they are used up?
They do not change color. To maintain effectiveness, we recommend drying them periodically in sunlight or in the oven, especially in humid environments.

What materials are the products made of?
All products are made from food-grade aluminum, the same type of material commonly used in certified food-contact utensils.
Does normal use cause internal wear?
No. The components are precisely engineered to fit together smoothly, avoiding unnecessary friction or material shedding during normal use.
